A Woof Over My Head is a non-profit home based dog rescue in the PNW in Portland Oregon. We rescue local dogs and re-home dogs from owners' homes. We focus on finding each dog its best forever match in a home. Luvable Dog Rescue (formerly known as Luv-A-Bull & Luv-A-Little Dog Rescue and Sanctuary) is a non-profit 501c3 that began in 1999. We are an organization dedicated to re-homing exceptional dogs from high-kill shelters and have them transported to our facility in Eugene, Oregon. All dogs receive medical care, are spayed/neutered, groomed, evaluated, and put up for adoption to wonderful homes.

We keep our mutts in a grassy rural area with plenty of room to run, play, and help keep them healthy and social with other dogs. Our goal is to find permanent and forever loving homes for those in our rescue through adoption.
